Hi bro,

Can't compare KLCC surrounding land with Cheras land as KLCC foundation is using limestone or something n expected to take much more time+costs compared with other areas..

U really think take so long to korek ah? 1.5yrs still korek for 3/4 storey basement which usually piling+korek COMPLETE take 6-8 months.. Wonder how tropicana gardens korek 2-3 level basement n bring up the 44 storey tower in 2 yrs  icon_rolleyes.gif  icon_rolleyes.gif

Since i have exp in piling, usually developer subcon the job to piling n foundation expert like econpire or pintalas n they can complete the whole foundation works until ground floor in 3-6 months.. maybe eco decided to do it themselves  brows.gif  brows.gif

so if klcc foundation shld take longer than others... will be gokd to know if ekoC still slower than klcc developments. i dont remembered hampshire by TnT taking so long myself....

I think prob is they tried to do piling n foundation internally to save costs but im sure they end up spending more than paying specialists due to expensive machinery costs flex.gif flex.gif flex.gif N now they realize they dun have the expertise to do piling works n keep korek..

Anyone else can comment did EKV staff speak about EKC progress during EKOdidi preview? or run away from the topic again?

All the property gurus seriously can talk until a shit turns into a gold bar. High class property salesman/agents. Did any gurus promote ekodidi?

From sticker chart seem like only 50% take up.. at most. ., 2 more tower to launch in future. Location quite near to sentul and gombak, but project has potential as it depends on the mall performance as well as beautification of the river. It could turn out well and although not cheap for this location I guess that's the pricing these days. All the smaller units facing KL are mostly taken save for higher floors. The 2 room is actually 1+1 Ie the 2nd bedroom has no view or window.

the sales here is not bad given the track record in the most recent project..it has been 1.5yrs (20 months) since the project started construction n they still piling n digging their way thru.. During the same timeframe, project like tropicana gardens with 4-5 levels of BASEMENT carpark n 40+ storey building able to build up to 30+ floors after 1.5yrs.. cry.gif cry.gif

What is the developers answer for undertaking another large scale project when they cant even work up to speed on the first one.. for those interested here, one should look with caution rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

Bro, Tropicana Gardens started piling in 2012 la....at least a year before SnP signing of the Ekovest first mixed development project.
