Going to Langkawi on 20th till 23rd this month. Booked at Langkasuka cause it is cheap and big enough to bump 8 of us into a room with 2 queen beds. Stayed there before but cannot recall how far is it to pantai chenang nightlife. 5 min drive? Any interesting bars/clubs wothh visiting there?

Hi erm, me and a best friend are going to Langkawi 27-29 October, 3D2N, from Sunway. Total budget is RM2000. We want a beach getaway. Not planning to rent a car though. We also want to explore the food (he wants lots of chocolates too). Shopping not important.
Can recommend a hotel? And is going there by flight or bus better? This post has been edited by merenwen: Aug 17 2009, 05:50 AM |

Try near to the aquarium side.(sorry forget the name). Can recommend a hotel? And is going there by flight or bus better? |

Hiya, thought of going during Hari Raya too, 19-21 Sept....Will drive and park the car at Kuala Kedah.
Now searching for budget accomodation, either at Kuah town or Pantai Cenang. Sent out a few emails, no replies yet.. I'm not so worry about food. Can survive on bread and sardine/tuna, also, I remember got KFC there... |
