Went at 930, Q was 13! Damned! This is easy but after having a look at the house location and model, decided to forego it.
The Tenun house looks ok, but located near to industrial area as what was mentioned before. SA did mentioned they will fenced up the border but stopped short of clarifying what type of fencing.
Though is a distance away from mosque (the mosque should be beautifully built i guessed looking at the size of it), i have no problems. Dont like the upper living hall which is cramp.
Did have a look at the remaining Nukilan 3 inter, too closed to the sewage though SA said its covered but doubt so as am sure it required certain amount of ventilation (maybe i'm wrong) but only at nite we would be able to know for sure if its smelly. I did drove around the Nukilan 3 and Tenun, went into the existing houses, but no resident was outside otherwise would have seek their opinion on the air quality at nite or during raining season.
Pentas 4 is open for sale as well, quite a number of units available above 800k mark.

I find hard to swallow paying so much for a HOME with such security, indians or banglas operating the open/close "palang"

... I paid for my current place BU 2330++ 24x80, just slightly above 375k in SPK and i get proper built guardhouse, cctc with card access and local security guards....
