Bro, only the south facing row having fencing? Why not fence up the whole place? This INP, really have their way in doing business.

Went at 930, Q was 13! Damned! This is easy but after having a look at the house location and model, decided to forego it.

The Tenun house looks ok, but located near to industrial area as what was mentioned before. SA did mentioned they will fenced up the border but stopped short of clarifying what type of fencing.

Though is a distance away from mosque (the mosque should be beautifully built i guessed looking at the size of it), i have no problems. Dont like the upper living hall which is cramp.

Did have a look at the remaining Nukilan 3 inter, too closed to the sewage though SA said its covered but doubt so as am sure it required certain amount of ventilation (maybe i'm wrong) but only at nite we would be able to know for sure if its smelly. I did drove around the Nukilan 3 and Tenun, went into the existing houses, but no resident was outside otherwise would have seek their opinion on the air quality at nite or during raining season.

Pentas 4 is open for sale as well, quite a number of units available above 800k mark.

Will look ard again, prob Jimbaran 2nd phase..... thanks guys!

I find hard to swallow paying so much for a HOME with such security, indians or banglas operating the open/close "palang" rclxub.gif ... I paid for my current place BU 2330++ 24x80, just slightly above 375k in SPK and i get proper built guardhouse, cctc with card access and local security guards....

Damned time changed very FAST rclxub.gif

From the map Tenun location is better. I hv done a site visit last Saturday, I change my mind and agreed to what to taikor here said, either facing back of Canting or industrial factories. The most undesirable location.
There is a commercial shoplots, but only 6 units, corner unit occupied by 99 supermart. No cars parking in front of 99 supermart, thus I don't know how long they can survive.
Went to sales office it was closed for no reason which they suppose to open from 10-4pm on Saturday as per their website
On the way back saw many banners for sales at Canting, Karya, Ukiran....

I&P is not listening to the people's need. 22x80 with expensive starting price. they should launch same price as nukilan 3

No. Offer letter says till next Tuesday. But I think if you request for extension, they will allow since sales weren't that good. I book a unit, but haven't paid nor sign SPA yet.

Probably they should increase slightly above Nukilan 3 but not 5% increment since Nukilan 3 or Pentas 4 both also not receiving hot reception of BBB.

I still think it will eventually pick up. When buyers weighing according to their own needs and comparing all options available, I strongly believe, genuine buyer for own stay will fill up the vacant lot.

From the perspective of an investor it might be different.

With the street crime like day light robbery, rape and murder cases increase. gng houses is the way to go in long term.

Haha this is what I believe too.. Now the subsale price at AI are stiff.. A lot of buyer they have difficulty to fork out a huge money for completed property..

I think AI would slowly to pick up. It not reaches it's peak yet and it is yet to come.

Indeed, I agree that not many buyers have such huge fund for an over RM 700k completed property, with S&P, MOT and Reno Cost waiting in the next stages but I am bullish to see there must be certain of willing buyers, maybe just take time a bit.

Meanwhile, I saw new Viola at TTDI AI, a 22x80 DSTH had few transactions btw RM 700-740k and a unit of 24x80 transacted at RM 770k. G&G prices going stronger although smaller built up.

Our police force said the crime rate is reducing.

Don't know why its not done at their subsidiary alam impian website

Haha.. Currently I am doing renovation for my house and I got contractor price from my sub con but I still feel a burden for me to renovate a house.. Really costly.. Future 90s onwards need support from parents only can renovate their property d...

Honestly until today I still don't like the design at TTDI AI. Looks like a light industrial although G&G. I rather fork out extra to fenced up I&P AI.. Haha..
