Honestly I very buy TTDI AI concept & design for 5 years ago. But this lately I feel boring outlook abit weird and look alike Semi-D factory.

I saw those modern design for commercial shoplot or/and 2/3 sty factory quite similar as TTDI AI concept. Square and flat roof top are more preferable commercial type for today.

well...ur preference usually goes in tandem with your age. as u grow older..the style tend to skew towards more conservative and time tested designs..like Pentas! ..hehe

Ha ha... so depend your style like Baby-G younger or Rolex are much older. Or you want longterm classic than 2 year shorterm as korean brand?

They have thinking that their property will eventually sold out eventhough without much marketing. They should do more at least make their new launch info available on their website. Anyway like what bro waga said, the pentas 4 brochure is now available on their inp website, eventhough it is late by few weeks.

It really depend on your own preference, no wrong or right actually. Maybe they focus on security more to design. Who know?

True, info must be up at their website prior to the launching.
If I am not a reader of LYN I will not know the launching of Pentas 4 and Tenun.

yeah. taste in very individuals. Like someone die die must get conventional design, some die die must live in Non-GnG.

I revisit TTDI Al website, recheck all the facades, Spira, Viola, Sephira, Aquia, Zicrona, Citrana.
Viola does look like a light industry factory, the rest looks modern and stunning.

One House One Factory... Now confused to differentiate it is house or factory?

When you pass-by Bangsar or PJ SS2 there alot bungalow convert to semi-commercial. Nowadays alot architecturer very buy this concept as a commercial types than a house type.

Although it is Roof Tiles on Top might not modernity, but could bring us real housing lifestyle and longterm.

ahken, I have to agree with you. may be i am just too old school. i like a "^" shape roof. HAHA!

I can accept both flat roof and ^ roof types. Different type cater for different market. In my investment portfolio I hv more ^ type than flat roof type.

For investment I am more open minded, I invest in what the market like not what I like. There is a difference in between own stay and investment preference and requirement.

You just highlighted the best design in entire INP AI, which is Tinta, it stands out from the crowds.
The other Pentas series, look homogenous to me.

Pentas 4 (25x85) and Tenun (22x80)....both also launched this month and many units still available.

If u don't want to buy from developer, sub sales also plenty of supplies.

From my iphone device, both looks like modern facade semi d houses. If the first photo without the red gate and just put a glance into the small photo, its really like a semi d house instead of factory. Lol

Its good for the industrial market to see the latest uptrend of factory's facade which might copied from residential facade. I dont think its a setback if the factory modern facade is hard to differentiate compare to the second photo's residential house or copied the design as long as this factory is designed made for showroom retail factory like thise car dealer or smoke free factory... Haha.
