The picture was only artist impression. Actual house will have gate.

Due to the construction progress now working on some earth works at the main road, I am unable to drive in to stop and take pictures.

Anyhow, some word descriptions:
1. Outer rows roof completed and bricks all done.
2. Center 'Island' portion now in progress for 2nd level.

If I have chance, I will take some pictures and share here.

How come I can't find much info of Tenun in their website? Like floorplan etc. They really like govt office no sense of urgency

Nukilan 3 takes time to sell, but the response consider good. I forgotten it only left bumi lot only or non bumi lot only.

But Tenun seems hit the clash with Pentas 4 throw into the market. Potential buyers have more consideration of either buy Nukilan 3 at est 5% cheaper or top up RM 130k+ n straight to get Pentas 4. Even Pentas 4 creates a competition with Pentas 1, larger built up, which is going to VP soon.

If I buy for own stay, I prefer's Tenun location or consider Pentas 4, reduced built up size means affordable price point for such 25x85 link.

Investment, the price point of Nukilan 3 seems more encouraging for room and gap of appreciation.

Yeah, that makes me question a lot of things too. people keep saying property prices already became too expensive but these places like AI area all almost or exceed rm1mil but many people can still afford to buy. hmmmm

Just get back from the site. Here some update for today:

Unit 79 & 80 completed window frame & roofing with basic coating (either stage 4 or 5)

Only non bumi lot is available. Late March their quota for bumi (50%) actually sold out. Only for those lucky one where the previous buyer not able to get bank loan.

Tenun also a good location, nearer to school, convenience shop/ laundry and also coming up petrol station.

Pentas for me the only downside is you will be facing to the industrial area and also need to go further to make a u-turn. Size wise and design very much to my liking! Especially it comes with the powder room!

These just my personal opinion.

Let me guess still got a lot of flippers try to earn money without backup money. So just BBB.... if later happens a glitch in economy then will DDD.... cool2.gif
