Was informed Pentas 5 with bigger size @ 25x85

All Pentas is 25x85, maybe bigger built-up? I was told the last 28 units of Pentas 4 will be either Aug after Raya, or in Oct. Upon completion of Tari, next in-line will be 22x75 which replacing the land in front of Pentas 4 which were originally planned for middle cost apartment. With this, the smallest foot print in I&P AI will change from 22x80 to 22x75.

The mentioned Pentas 5 should be the last row of 25x85 behind the last 28 units of Pentas 4. Together with 22x75, then parcel A2 is completed. Guess this should be the plan as parcel A3 land clearing is undergoing at very fast pace.

Yes. I am sure all of us have been waiting for the commercials to come other than 1 row of shops. I asked INP. no plan yet when to launch the commercials. wanna build houses first and have catchment. it is a chicken and egg situation here. not many people want to stay if no commercials but commercials wont start if not enough catchment. hehe

Sort of like a deadlock situation now. I believe for FnG it is the same too. Developer waiting for more occupancy rate, but home owners waiting for FnG before moving in.

Something must be done to break this infinite loop.

What the current progress on tenun? The expected completion date is june right?

Yes, if according to launch date, first SnP signed should be Jun. Thus 24 months from there. The progress for Tenun looks good.

No one can give you a firm answer if there will be early VP. For any planning, I will strongly suggest you to follow 24 months from the first SnP stamped date, which is Feb-2015.

Tari 2 phase 1 & 2 still have more than 40 units, quite a number of booked units open back due to loan rejection. Slow.

Not a surprise.
Besides the drop outs from loan, could be also due to change mind not to buy.
Alam Impian seriously need a bigger scale commercial to boost the "liveability" of the township, not just build 5-6 shophouses + a petrol station and call it a commercial

Do u think inp mgt will listen? They are pretty confident tht eventually their unit will be sold out. They only blaming bank n poor market sentiments... they will never change i guess.

I&P have been doing earthwork @ commercial area since last yr
Hopefully they deliver surprise by tis yr
