The flat was completed at least 1 year ago, before I purchase Nukilan 3. This low cost flat had handed-over to SUK since quite a while according to SA. I think the state government is slow is processing the application for purchase. Last info I obtained was suppose to be CCC in Feb'14.

Hi all.. I have a question on Tari 2 and hope you guys can advise. On paper Tari 2's build up is around 2500+ sq ft. But when I looked at the floor plan, it seems like it is shorter than Tari 1 that has a smaller build up at 2400+ sq ft. You think it's typo? Otherwise how does it work?

I have booked Tari 2 but am contemplating now on whether I have made the right choice... First time home buyer :-)

I&P having a very unique way of calculating the built-up for the brochures, and many of us can't really know how they do it. You are right, Tari 2 house length is shorter than Tari 1. Judging from the layout with no significant difference, the built-up of Tari 2 should not be bigger than Tari 1.

I think the difference here maybe about its car porch RC slab is longer that contribute to the slightly larger built-up calculation, despite shorter house length.

Yes, built up area includes whatever developer built to cover the land from the sky

No worries, Tenun is a very good buy looking at current house pricing and completion progress. You will save a lot on progressive payment. Facing the factory to some maybe a drawback, but I believe I&P will do something on that so house privacy will be protected.
