Anyone know why 1 intermediate still available in the Nukilan 3. Thinking of getting it but dont want any regrets later. The one facing south 'T' junction unit, at RM678,888.  |

Normally chinese will not buy houses facing T-junction due to feng shui. But the T-junction here is not main road, only the path between 2 end lot. Thought you already purchase 1 unit in Nukilan 3, looking for another one? |

May not be relevant to Nukilan but seems like there're 2-3 sample houses ready soon for Tari 2. Can't really take a closer peek as it's quite deep in. Looking good though Meanwhile wishing all Happy New Year!
