The built up is smaller compared to the earlier phases however my family is small so it will be just right for us. In addition, I like it being strategically located at the center of AI and the park is within convenient walking distance.

As for the contractor I can't recall its name but one SA told me during booking time that it's the same contractor as P2. Not sure how reliable is the info as the SA was very new back then and I don't see her around anymore.

I signed a consent form for fencing when booking the unit, not sure if others did the same? Guard will be provided by I&P for 2 yrs.

I think you can check with your S&P lawyer or SA in the sales gallery. They should be able to advise the next step.

Not in the S&P. I think it's just a consent form to state your agreement to fence the area but not sure who will fund it.

Thanks guys for the clarification. I can't recall the exact name of the doc signed though hmm... But whatever it is I am sure most genuine owners would prefer a safer community hence we can always work to get it done after VP.

Interestingly for Tari 1&2 the monsoon drains have already formed some sort of barrier from accessing the neighborhood especially next to the main road hence hope I&P can consider to invest to fence up the other areas (esp. facing the park) upon receiving consents from majority of the buyers.
