The built up is smaller compared to the earlier phases however my family is small so it will be just right for us. In addition, I like it being strategically located at the center of AI and the park is within convenient walking distance.

Agree! Location wise, Tari & Tari 2 win hands down. With ample of land behind the house, room for creative expansion will be huge and easy in the future should more built-up space needed. In this aspect, location is more important.

Here's some snapshot on Nukilan 3 progress. Generally progress seems ahead of schedule. Most of the houses at the 'bigger' parcel turn into shape, building on fencing wall now. As for the 'smaller' parcel, progress looked great too with rows already completed roofing, while others working on the walls.

I have received billing of 25%, so now is 65% billing already.. Starting next month interest paying will be around 1500 already..
Very fast, only the claimming progress i only see next will be 5% claim for the road, then can wait for VP already...

Yup, backing the loji, I only have the choice on that row and facing east. Yup, I started to pay installmnet instead interest, so can reduce the outstanding faster..
