 Alam Impian Nukilan, Anyone staying at Nukilan?

Hi,
At inp website stated still got limited units for Nukilan 3. Does anyone knows intermediate units still available?

Actually I have book a unit at alam sari, snp signed and loan with BPP approved but not yet submit letter of acceptance. If not submitted in 14 days, the loan is cancelled but I still can make a new application. What I will lose is rm200 processing fees. My concern now if I cancel the alam sari unit, will inp consider to transfer the rm10k I paid for that unit to a unit in Alam Impian. Hopefully they can.

Called inp today and was asked to submit official letter on why want to cancel my booking for Alam Sari.. Also for their consideration regarding the downpayment made.

Just want to ask buyers of Alam Impian here. ...is the price for Alam Impian inclusive of SnP and MOT as what they offer for Alam Sari?

How much is 50% of MOT?

I did ask alam impian sale office about the sole intermediate unit You mentioned earlier but it is a non-bumi unit so Nukilan 3 will not be in my list. The corner unit left is rm 1.3m which is way to high for me. If things goes clear, I will consider Tari or Tari2 but I might wait for new launches next year to get better options.

He don't have the exact date. Only can say 2014.

If MOT depends on purchase price, my current house that I bought 12 years ago for rm 128k MOT around rm 3k, the cost of MOT of nukilan3 maybe around 5 x rm 3k = rm 15k. 50% of that means I really need Inp don't penalise me.

I meant penalty for cancelling Alam Sari. If they charge me 1% from purchase price it will be rm 8k.
