AI this year really launched many phases, the pace is extraordinary. Compared to the years before, big difference.

Maybe they really wanted to start the commercial already, I seem infra works at the commercial area went on quite some time already.

They will price as high as possible, because they know their houses will definitely sold off, sooner or later. It is only the matter of time.

I&P were supposed to have launched a new township along jln meru this year. Maybe can target there?

I notice that too, right beside Klang Sentral. Their website mentioned should be in 2014.

I am currently watching their project in Alam Sari. Kajang-Semenyih will be next boom area in my opinion. Furthermore it is confirmed UEM Sunrise's Serene Heights is on the east of Alam Sari, and PNB Development's Bangi Estate on the south of Alam Sari. Also knowing that Bangi Avenue, Setia Eco Hill and Eco Garden by EcoWorld will be around the vicinity.

I personally think that it is not a bad choice.

Yes, opposite Nottingham university. But I am sure the price will not be cheap, because only Bungalows.

I have the same feeling as you. Thats why my eyes are on Kajang-Semenyih-Bangi area. On the location beside Klang Sentral, I dont prefer much coz got many factories that caused a lot of black deposits to be flying in the air. I am sure some of us know about Mah Sing's dev there right?

yeah, Aman Perdana. To me, the project failed. But once Bandar Bukit Raja by Sime Darby full extended to the end, then it will be neighbouring to Aman Perdana, by then, should be better compared to now.

I wonder is the location for Alam Impian strategic?
I and my family is looking for a new house to purchase.

I am comparing Putra Heights and Kota Kemuning and these two places doesn't require me to pay toll.
And location wise, it is nearer to KL.

Went to I&P sales gallery last Monday to see Tari 2. Found out the terrace intermediate costs 760K. I mean for a terrace house! blink.gif

Immediately lost interest. There are better value for money elsewhere.
