How do u see the next week announcement?

Only residential sector is examples fr GST, thus if gomen announce 1/1/2014 imposed GST (not likely), then it will be a disaster to residential property, we expect another mini boom cycle for residential project.
History shows that 6 mths b4 GST implementation, property price is on upward trend.

I dun think gomen is going to implement a heavy policies to curb speculation, politicians themselves are the biggest group of property speculator in Malaysia, do you think they will implement something not favor to themselves? I hv mentioned the same thing before 2010, 2011 & 2012 budget, the whole mkt especially those analyst were expecting gomen to announce heavy policies, but it had been a repeating disappointment to them

P/s : I personally feel that the mkt is overheated, the property maniac shd stop now, I welcome Gomen to implement strict policies to curb speculation

Super duper link is 3 storey superlink? Cld be easily 4000sf and abv.. Maybe inp will launch A3 parcel first.
I cannot understand InP. They are jumping all over. They shld instead focus pentas first but now they have Tari and next parcel A3?
