Crowd is quite huge, because they not only showcasing AI products, but also all other InP products.

By the time I left, no booking made yet for Tari 2. And, this Tari 2 is only phase A2-01a(1) 64 units. Other units reserved for phase A2-01a(2).

1 point to note, brochures mentioned larger built-up, I think they calculate the car porch area, because Tari 2 house length is even shorter compared to Tari 1.

Disappointing...

8 units were booked for Tari 2 when I left at 1pm+. Again a lot of Chinese family.

As for the layout at ground floor, they can actually make it better but.....no comment lah.

Really dunno what will happen on the layout on all the upcoming launches... Hopefully they will improve.

INP never learnt from past failure....must send the architects/ designers to study consumer behaviour/ investor preference courses. Or put themselves in purchasers' shoes already good enough

But from time to time they will come out with super good product. I believe this is very much architect dependent.

If snp signed and stamped but ur loan is rejected is real jialat leh..
Unless ur dead sure u can get loan otherwise 50% MOT is not worth to risk..
