I see no reason of joining CF to be honest.....they're rather pushy and rude. The one in 1U, I think her name's Charmaine....show dissatisfied face when I wasn't interested in joining. Hey c'mon, they don't even have a squat rack. Their floors at 1U are uneven...who in the right mind would want to join?

Besides that, the lights and music....is crazy. Actually made me feel dizzy after a while and after 1 hour i went to the toilet to sit down. And the showers are ridiculous. No privacy.....

I'll vote FF all the way, though their trainers also know nothing la.

Platinum outlet? whats that? is it they add more of those gay strobe lights? or there actually have more(n decent) equipment?

Yoga aunties are the core cash cows members of FF IOI, it's only fair to accommodate more of them. Furthermore, with the collapse of YZ (especially its Puchong branch), these people need somewhere else to go to practice their bone-bending routines.

The free weights area of IOI is among the best out of all the FFs. So be thankful Some ironheads tend to be stingy, noisy and just fking plain annoying - they're better off in ghetto gyms. After all it is Fitness First, not Bodybuilding First or WeightLifting First.

I for now is planning to settle down @ TTFC (RM129 with towel service, FF Maxis is giving me RM179.. pfft) - very few people, with squash courts, badminton courts, HUGE shower stalls and nicer members (they seem to know everyone by name...so scary). Pathetic freeweights area (very similiar to FF Uptown) though - hv to be creative

Just joined IOI Mall Puchong branch yesterday. Admin+Bodyfirst fees=267. Monthly 185(Passport).

If I'm not mistaken, The Curve is the biggest, then Bukit Tinggi Klang, then Damansara Utama.

Haha. Probably I try The Curve today. Must be chun place for bird-watching.

Btw, it seem to be hard for me to maintain 3 times workout weekly due to alot of late night meetings with client. Sigh.

Its called the FirstClub. only applicable to members who are with FF >10months. they will change your card to gold color :-) the benefits include bring a friend on Saturday OR Sunday. they also told me we have discounts purchasing FF items and extended DVD rental period. but im quiting this month to save money. so next month my firend who is FirstClub member can bring me in on Sundays 

No towel. The front of the card is blue, the back of the card is gold, and they call it "FirstClub" membership.

U mean b4 they upgrade u to FirstClub, u have no towel service? and after they upgrade u to FirstClub, u got towel?

Update: So according to the manager and desk staff, this is what will happen--but it's still incredibly dumb to do this, since in effect it's punishing everyone who's stuck with FF/lives near The Curve. A LOT of members (and staff, for that matter--they'll end up having to deal with all the angry customers) are planning to send in formal complaints to the country manager, for what it's worth.
