The new FF Platinum club with pool is at Empire Gallery, KL (not sure where that is). The Curve and Klang Bkt Tinggi will not have pool

I've been IOI Home member since opening, and they have upgraded me to towel service, plus another branch. Quite satisfied so far. Wonder if they have any offers for Home members to convert to Platinum rather than just for Passport -> Platinum....

Do some reading on the Internet. As a beginner, concentrate more on the basics such as benchpress, squats, deadlifts, pullups/pulldowns. You can also try asking the ppl around the gym, even the PTs (without charge) if you are unsure of anything.

Hmm...they already have a FF at Wisma Consplant, and they are gonna have a Platinum club with swimming pool at Empire Gallery near Subang Parade which is like a stone's throw away from Wisma Consplant? WTH are they thinking? I wonder what happens to Home members at The Curve and Klang Bkt Tinggi, will they be denied access once their home branch gets upgraded to Platinum? Hahaha

I don't think got pure home membership anymore, I think they now offer home + another branch membership as minimum. But do ask the sales ppl to be sure.

FYI IOI does not have a cardio room, but a cardio area....never find it a slippery portion of the gym...but I've seen people falling down from the threadmill because they tried to step out of it before it completely stops... duh...

I've been with FF IOI ever since they opened there. The thing I like is the branch manager really deals with the comments I made whether thru online posting or the suggestion/comments box at the front. Used to have frequent cases of not enough towels during peak periods, broken electrical stuff.....all attended to really quickly after I made the comments. What more can I ask?

FML. Always be on guard at the gym. Just a few days ago while at the locker, one old fat uncle was watching gay SM porn on his laptop! And he turned on the volume so loud that even others saw what he was watching. <picture whipping sound, cepiak, cepiak etc...) And he suddenly asked me whether it was raining outside. Wondering is that code word for something....
