patutla that day i saw the woman seeking explanation from the FF LM. To me, the attire is just ordinary as the sport retailers sells it. If not, bankrupt la the retailers. 

but FF LM should have deal with  it professionally. Why got such case as "verbally"? Its kinda absurd to tell the member off verbally.

That home deal you've got, does it includes the FF in Empire? My contract with CF ending in two month's time. I'm planning to hop to another gym. Both the RM133.25 and RM 149.15 sounds great to me cause I'm already paying RM145 for CF right now and they will raise the fees as well when I renew my contract. But most of the prices I see in this thread is RM170, how come? So, if both the prices you said is available for FF in Empire, then I'll negotiate till I get that price. =D

Hello any ladies here who is a member of FF? WTA is the ladies locker room have proper place to change & dry off after shower or is it like the guys locker room where everyone is naked?? Bcs i have a friend she is overweight and she like to find out about this, so any ladies here pls feedback?

In FF IOI MALL is there a squat rack and a chin up/ pull up bar?

i have no ideas what is the qualities and the attitude of the PT's in FF, Curve branch, but recently i had a very bad experience with a Platinium PT in the FF, ioi branch, i signed 10sessions each month with this young man while he is still a gold PT several months ago to give him support until he upgraded to a Plat PT, i still continue signed with him 10sessions each month, but since Ogos month he bcom the top sales of the whole FF, his attitude bcom very bad, arrogant and start to be very ir-responsible, i am very upset and immeadiately choose to burn off my balance paid PT sessions with him and cancel my membership immediately...

better choose a Plat PT with an older age - maybe the attitude of work will be better then the youngters - my 2cents...

After the recent explosion at the mall, they would prob want to conduct investigations and take proper tests on the structural integrity of the building and safety. I believe it will take some time. Better to be safe then sorry.

i read your post and understood that you wanna joint the ff @ bukit tinggi branch, but if, i mean if only ya, you did consider joint the ff ioi branch, i my pesonal view i wud recommand two sales person there - (1) Mr Martin - he is indian - i not sure is he a sales consultant or not (i guess he is lah) - but he is really good one from his working attitude i observe so many months - he very sincere and not those sales person pusing here pusing there those type of pattern one.

(2) Mr Sean - he is a chinese, i sign my membership with him, before i go enquire abt the member price, i did cal up the ff ioi branch, then dont know who pick up my cal and then as usual those selling tactics and pattern the sales person try to spin me, then the next day or two i go pesonally then i terus tell the front desk i want a sales person talking chinese one, my english no good, then Mr Sean was intro to me and i also very terus tell him, sales you can sure close with me this kali if everything goes well and just tell me what lowest rate you can offer, nett total what i need to pay and what i can or cannot enjoy / do in this club and dont try to "spin" me ard, i wont neg with you counter offer you back this and tht, if price and things i rasa not nyam / betul then i will just tell you off thx for your time and i just walk away, he is very straight and honest ( i rasa lah) offer me what he can offer the price etc etc and list down very clearly one by one then i sign with him, very fast deal, good and pro, and most important no wasted my time too much, hee hee - my 2cents recommendation saja yo

After the 7-day trial, I've decided to join Fitness First. But I'm contemplating on whether to take the BodyFirst package as well.

Are the sessions worth it for those who've tried?

Also, how soon do they give the money back guarantee when you've completed the program? I'm just worried that it would take long since I only intend to try out the 3-month program for now.
