How much is the price? You give up because its purely office instead of soho?

Got a call from hyve management. They will NOT do anything about the misinterpretation of the sliding door for block A & B. Take it or leave it...

Giving up because I feel darn cheated by kim lun. Show unit very impressive but when sign snp found out the sliding door access from the room was excluded! How to trust such dishonest developer? public listed somemore!

i think also main reason tower b is unit pejabat ... there are so many choices at cyberjaya no point take the risk ..

so is the first draw down for tower A going to happen next month as planned? 

if i'm not wrong, this topic has been discussed in this thread before, you can refer back and as the thread is quite long, i lazy to find it out.. haha..

i also notice this and ask SA before.. you can stay in the unit or rent it out for staying purpose.. i think the different between business title and residential title is the electrical bill will be higher than normal condo for sure.. and i heard SA said before if you want to sell off the unit, you need to pay about rm1k extra (i forget this 1k is not what purpose already but it's due to legal doc or what..).

for me, of cos there is a risk when you wanna sell it off. if you think it's worth to take the risk, then jus go ahead..

ask SA more about this. they can answer you and at least they did clear my doubts..

Give up due to a sliding door?u dunno Show room is always impressive ?

Agent always like that one...last time i visit a show room of others project,they said will free furniture,when i ask is it the same brand showing in show room, they ans similar brand but not confirm is this brand.

But if i really like that unit, i dun care the sliding door..i can always make one for myself.
