You have a smaller market to manupulate. If soho, you can rent out as office or residential. Residential is a better bet compare to office. There are so many shophouses in cyber to choose as an office.

Are u sure? Block B cant be rented out for stay? That would also means the owner of unit can't use for own stay too.

it can be used for own stay and rent out for stay.. it will follow the schedule H..

i think is kinda risky as the project as unit pejabat in the plan .. there are some units define as SOHO that will be safe for Block A .. for Block B really what will be impact ...

if i'm not wrong, this topic has been discussed in this thread before, you can refer back and as the thread is quite long, i lazy to find it out.. haha..

i also notice this and ask SA before.. you can stay in the unit or rent it out for staying purpose.. i think the different between business title and residential title is the electrical bill will be higher than normal condo for sure.. and i heard SA said before if you want to sell off the unit, you need to pay about rm1k extra (i forget this 1k is not what purpose already but it's due to legal doc or what..).

for me, of cos there is a risk when you wanna sell it off. if you think it's worth to take the risk, then jus go ahead..

ask SA more about this. they can answer you and at least they did clear my doubts..

Sorry if i offended u in any way.. Im not on anyone's side.. I am also in the same boat as u guys.. I have already submitted my complain to my SA and hopefully they can help to compile this case and put it up to the management side. (as quoted by oldieboy) I think this is the right way to go about this matter.. If we can compile enough cases, then yes it would be a strong point to go against and also hopefully can help us to solve this issue

Same thing as the SA told me.. Utilities bill will be higher.. They also stated that there is no clause saying that you can't stay in there. I think it would be possible for own stay as well. As it is under commercial, it could be rented out for small businesses as well

The utility bills should be the same no matter block A or B as they are all erected on a commercial land. No one could enjoy normal residential rate.
