Blk A Face shaftbury condo = 250k, Blk A face pool 270k , blk B face x 290k, blk b face y 310k

Above is an example of 520sft unit SA told me on hows the price will increase. Increase 20k each facing..

Went sign snp, got makan makan and block B was launch before today, all 2 highest flr bought by a corporate, block B overall book/sold 35%. Most importantly mu unit same floor, same size price increased 59k!! Yumyum

Supprisingly didn't need to pay anything during signing just now. Was expecting to pay RM6k so that means I obly paid the booking fees of RM5k. The RM5k will be given back to us in about 6 months.
