9' ceiling height is too low, hard to install ceiling fan.

Yeah certainly a bit low. Well, if I were to stay I probably just use one of those new designed stand fans. Would give a contemporary look. But of course I wouldn't be staying there la. haha

Do u guys notice that in the SPA layout, there is no wall between bedroom and the living/kitchen for the 450sf? Its an open plan studio concept.

In the brochure also didnt illustrated the wall between... that is the 1st question I asked SA when I step into the show unit and refer the layout at the same time. Chinese say "barang and the specs given not ngam" lolzz..

usually when I step into the show unit, my 1st question to the SA will be frankly tell me what items in the show unit are given, and what are not.. what is renovated intentionally and not given in the actual unit..

I signed the SPA dy. In fact I like the open concept so that the view and natural light is not obstructed.

People will adapt one... Don't worry. Look at how people adapt to the horrendous traffic in Klang Valley -- wake up early, develop unusual patience, uncanny timing of entry and exit to home/workplace, etc.

Was referring to people's ability to adapt. Traffic just an example.
