I'm getting the Technosuite for own stay but planning to live there maybe for 1-2 years only. Currently my wife and I are working about 2km away only. If change jobs also our preference would be to look within Cyber. City centre too crazy for us LOL

Just makan angin in cyber, noticed really a lot under-con projects around which within 3km radius.. The Arc, The Place, D’Pulze,Serin,Domain,Pangaea and the most competitive is Shaftsbury soho. What is you guys strategy on this project?

shaftsbury transacted at RM720 psf for smaller unit according to Shaftsbury FB page admin. gives a pretty good cushion if compared.

thats about RM333,360 (463sq ft - f/f) vs ~RM200,000 (450sq ft) hyve is offering. looks doable to me if small units still available.

any idea on the current rental for shaftsbury?

No retail could be a good thing, it won't be a such a student magnet. Unless they build a bus stop right outside, the nearest one will be over a kilometer away so it will turn away car-less tenants as well.

It's just for show only when the submit plans to the authorities. Basically everything will be for people to live in. Wether the authorities will kacau or not in the future I dunno LOL

Thats what i prefer... if retail wise, shaftsbury square will pull the crowd...

Just thinking whether go for resi or commi... afraid facing legal issue in future for commi..

Boss, why paying for RM330k to get RM1.3k/mth as you can easily get RM2k+ for RM400k property in CBJ, and 3x the size some more?

The one u mentioned is current rental.

I see highrise supply will be huge. Don't see such a good rental will continue.

If to rent, not to flip, I must make sure it can be rented out.

For rental RM 1300 nett RM 1200, it is good enough for RM 330k investment.
