That means u price u rental competitively and at cheaper market rate side. U get longer term loyal tenant.

This is why I feel like 45% to commit. Since bank loan allows to go for another HERs.

Plan to flip Penang highrise condo.

Feel KL highrise rental really not easy to play. For RM 350k, how to get the best yield play @ KL?

From 9 am till evening.. They have 2 type - 450 sqft and 580 sqft
