Welll, my unit value went up by 25%... But they are like 6 floors above me, so hard to calc as I dont remember the increase per floor price.

Pay more. Some don't like, depends on individual kua. If next door is non-commerical then it definitely impacts you/us. If everyone also commercial, not really.
