I went to the showroom to briefly ask about this issue. According to SA, this only affects 1 bank and the problem is not from developer, it's the problem with the bank internal??? Can anyone confirm this?

Yea, it is.
Went to see it recently from Shaftbury. Due to the height of the land, its about the height of Shaftbury's residences ground floor. That pic is probably from a higher floor. I also got that pic from the sales agent. |
