fast completion = fast release = fast profit

in your dream.

Not for ppl who have plan properly. Completing a property too early or too late may derail their financial planning.

if for own stay fast completion is good. But if for investment fast release is bad.

so you guys suggesting that release upon VP = bad planning = bad for investment?

yes, that would be a joke for newbie. it is a fact for experienced investor.

Like i said, many people already have planning on their investment such as per developer expected completion date.

Like me, i have already plan nicely 2015 , 2016 and 2017 all my purchase will complete and have enough time to find tenant/dispose them off.

If one were to delay or one were to complete too early (For example: 2 properties completing in 2015), it might derail my plan.

Dibs there, no rush. I rather it not finish fast coz of RPGT.

But on the other hand I think they will build fast after the piling because they are most likely using IBS system. So to me, longer they do the piling better.

when you paid 1st disbursement?

just check with SA.. 1st disbursement for block B only will pay after April..
