Bro Soros, after visiting CBJ, totally change my perception on it compared to my last visit( 4 yrs back i think)...
Especially Shaftsbury Square, considered quite happening as 3 Banks there, and maxis, digi, celcom there as well...
This place won't go wrong for me as will become more mature in few years back...
Compared few projects still think HYVE located in right location of CBJ

thinking thinking... still hold my shot for this year.. afraid too early to shot...

frankly, i bought a unit at Symphony Hills without seeing the real Shaftsbury or the drive through starucks. haha.

HYVE is not expensive, for big investors, can buy with cash easily.

Dont be too happy with SS.
D'pulze shopping mall is completed end of this year and they have 6 cinemas + small jaya jusco, bowling entertainment etc there!
Buy early before too the price goes up too much.
i invested few landed in cyber last year n every of my friends said i am a mad man! biggrin.gif

I think main different is the price.

If they put it as office in the SPA how to sell next time? If service suite still ok i guess. but back to the same ol' ques. can be used as residential or not... hmm.gif

price really diferent alot..and their pricing strategies quite weird as well...
If bank finance residential loan - SOHO, yes, can use for stay..

For commercial, since floor layout everything are same.. you can stay also...

Different things is, when some uncertain incident happen like fire or others... Some insurence will cover or compensate according HDA laws..

Correct me if wrong..

since many already on 70 ltv, if you were to get one which is better? Residential or commercial?

True, need to pay for extra monthly parking, maybe offset a bit with lower maintenance fees of 0.15.

Monthly parking fees not secure for me .developer can increase to whatever amount of fees they like for parking..buyer will take it since no parking... same to maintenance fees as well...
