Dont be too happy with SS.
D'pulze shopping mall is completed end of this year and they have 6 cinemas + small jaya jusco, bowling entertainment etc there!
Buy early before too the price goes up too much.
i invested few landed in cyber last year n every of my friends said i am a mad man! biggrin.gif

The pictures n photos looks attractive with respect to the entry cost!
However for student renting purpose I still think Pangaea has a better bet.
Walking distance to mmu n paragon.
Maybe this project is more suitable for executive in I.t MNC.

To me Cheap = money paid < value : expensive = money paid > value.
Pricing is just an amount that doesn't justify cheap or expensive.

Entry price expensive meh? from beggining RM400psf to now RM550psf.
Now Siber tak berjaya already selling at this price.

DF's 11 blocks in 42 acres of land are to be built in 10 years time, compared to CBJ's Hyre's 700++units in 5 acres land only. So which one is more congested?

The success of SS gives ppl a lot of confidents to commercials in cyber. Hopefully the next completed project D'Pulze comes with entertainment factors can bring cyber to the next level (I strongly believe it will).
More ppl are changing their perception gradually.
Compare to last year 2012, ppl said cyber-
1). Too far away - now 15-20 mins drive to nearby township via various hwys.
2). No pork - now got Hong Kong style restaurant, bak Ku teh etc.
3). No alcohol - now got pubs+ wine tasting high end restaurant (Houston grill etc).
4). No Chinese school - now got SRJK C union school.
5). No shopping mall - D'Pulze completed in next 6 months.
6). No SPA? - hahaha this one I m not sure. Lol
7). Apa lagi cyberian wants?
