Oh i see because on the web MY PEUGEOT where you will register and ask your VIN to join i was thinking that there might be an option to download user's manual ..

I just bought the Peugeot 408 NA for 2 months +.
Today is my car fist inspection. They give me the after sales service is bad service and rude service.
The inspection need to take 2 hours + include the car wash. I also make some complaints abt the car.
After the 3 hours I go and take back my car. The car is no wash, all the complaints no done. Some more my passeger side door scared by other car when they are open the car door. When I take back my car key at service counter, I told them I hv take the 5 years free services. They answer me back with the rude : " who say you have 5 years free services, who give you, where is letter to prove you that you have 5 years free services" ! . After that they also warn me : " you must come back to do the first service, if not I will void you voucher"!
I very disappointed with them. This kind of services that they gv after sales service.

Hi! Waiting anxiously for my 408 NA..aster grey..been following this forum prior to getting the car..in spite of all the mostly not so +ve feedback on the after sales service, still enthusiasticly want to own one coz this is my first conti..anyways, any of u guys sent to the new Setia alam sc? How was it?

this is beyond unacceptable, scold ur salesman, file a complain to HQ, and do u take note of the name of staff who spoke rudely to u?

also file a complain to the consumer's association, this is serious, where if i were u, i take it as a fraud, where it says 5 yrs free service when u buy ur car, but turns out it is not

Did your SA explain to you how the 5 years of free maintenance work when you booked your car? Did they give you anything like a letter, vouchers or smth like that to differentiate between those owners with free maintenance service?

Please lodge your complain to the HQ about the bad service by Chan Sow Lin SC.

By the way, what's the problems with your car? Mind to share?

The sun shine cover and speaker cover come out.
Outside smell come into the car.

No. When I take my car that day , the Peugeot sales office and people didn't give me any letter. I ask them how your SC know which packages I take. They told me they will key in into the system.
But that day , they give me that kind of rude service attitude.

I was also told that my 5 years free service is also keyed into the system. No letter or any kind.

Call to Careline to lodge report, or you can email to them. I did once and I am happy with their follow up.

Regarding to 5yrs free service, you do not need any authorise letter. Did you receive the service booklet with some stickers from your SA? You only need to present those to the SC during you register to service.

Which SC?

Here's what you need to provide when you contact the Careline:

Name (yours):
Car model:
Car reg. number:
Contact number (yours again):
Sales/Service centre/s involved:
Issue that you are facing: (please include dates and locations if possible, the people whom you engage with in the course of your issue .

After sending the e-mail (clic@naza.com.my), call 1-800-88-6292 to enquire if they have received your mail. Make a note of the name of the officer who answered the phone and the officer who is assigned your case.

One question, did the salesperson provide you with a full briefing on your car an all the different controls and switches, warning systems etc. when you took delivery of it?
