Is it normal that my AC's is giving me the fungal (moist) smell especially during a wet weather?

Peugeot 408 Griffe selling at RM 128 888.00.
Tried the Navi Touch Screen. Not bad. Spoke to Nasim GM, no plan to release to existing owner as accesories yet. 
I know how current owners feel about it. Same price but more gadgets. Well, let me cheer u up with something with you guys..
