I service my car puchong too for the first 10k. The indian guy also say is compulsory for the aircond trearment. Then when i am at glenmarie sc they no such thing. I made a complain. The indian guy then call me saying it is better for the aircond and so forth. I think he is just making extra profit the puchong sc. What piss me off is this sc belongs to nasim and they don't practice a standard procedure. That's why most owner rather go to glenmarie eventhough lont waiting list.  theworst thing is at about 12k+ my aircond start giving problem. Cant wait to go glanmarie. Take it to puchong. Have to leave my car in the sc for a few days and found out the compresor problem. They change it. Lucky still under warranty. If not cost 5870, as i saw the billing. Phew!

I kena the same few months back. Drove the car with faulty sensor from Balakong SC to Glenmarie and back to Balakong. You can test by letting your engine cool off until you can touch the engine block. Then start again. The same message will appear immediately.
