If I'm not mistaken the lowest unit start from rm948psf with 8% disc which come about rm872psf. It is slightly higher than Seni which is selling at rm850psf ( this price I get directly from Seni developer so probably they are selling cheaper on the sub sale market). The smallest unit avail now is 1496 sf, 1200 fully booked but I think u can ask to put yourself in the waiting list. 1600sqf unit also fully booked but 1496 and 1800 still have plenty of units when I visit them.

2nd block still selling. but lower floor facing pool no more orady cry.gif

On average about RM900 - 950 psf depending on floor level after discount. Seni's price is much lower after discount. But of course, the units are much bigger too. Hence, absolute price will put off many ppl. Pavilion MK's sizes should be ideal.

I think the price should be 900 to 950 psf as said and due to the size of Seni, price psf should be less than Pav.

Too many big unit in mk d. Wonder why developer still keep building big size condo at mk. Incoming twenty2 also size 1900 sqft and above..
