unit facing, based on feng shui and individual 8-zhi.

Residency 22 is back-to-back with Arcoris.

the launches in MK is still acceptable. I dont have crystal ball. I dont know about the future.... Just buy a nice FH unit to keep. surrounded by international schools and good amenities, why not?

By the way, many locals moving to stay in MK too.

The world has changed, many can afford to stay at higher end location.

The main issue with mk is the roads arent meant for high traffic density. Plus the penchala flyover effectively makes the neighborhood feel 'hedged in'. Distance to KL is unbeatable though.

Nomos, agreed with you , I think ppl buy into MK is because the exclusive tag, if the place were meant for high traffic like Ampang , the exclusive feel is gone.

Yes and thats why MK is hardly congested. Even if its high volume of vehicles, its moving most of the time. And during peak hours when garden school finish slightly jam but the traffic is much better than subang jaya, kota damansara and cheras area.

I stay in mk area and really like this area alot. Very peaceful

I do not want to do conversion, figure-to-figure, for Mk to match bukit timah/novena, >RM2000psf

I know what you mean and I agree. What i mean is that with various new blocks coming up can the roads take it...?

Yes,agree that there are lot of new blocks coming up.But do note that alot of the current units are unoccupied. Alot of owners use MK as their holiday homes or weekend homes.

So traffic is still bearable

I also hope that day will come.

if like what noblebaby said, figure to figure without conversion, then it is possible.
