Judging from this thread not as many complaints compared to the others either, although maybe some dampened excitement upon receiving keys compared to the show unit etc.

Indeed...this part of MK is doing fairly well...good mix of owner occupiers and expat tenants...being relatively new does help as well.

DBKL allows small pets and the house rules were amended to adopt DBKL strata rules 2 years back

Great to hear that if this condo management willing to adapt and listen to the DBKL authority requirement.

Until now, still there are a lot of management offices/ MCs / JMBs reluctant to follow such and hence, caused some grey zone.
