Pavilion MK is supposed to look like this according to a marketing website.

I am sure Pavilion quality at the end will not be too shabby but wait for their nice marketing material to come all the nice unit already been snapped up. So the investor of hilltop must have done some homework before do the purchasing.

I'm new to MK area so if you have any advise, feel free to comment. smile.gif

I called up to the sales today and currently only 1496sqf -1800sqf is available come with two parking lots, and I have quite a good confidence as it seems to be pavilion join banyan trees development. Sorry, if I have the fact wrongly. The maintenance is 0.275 psf apparently according to the SA. I'm actually looking for a Condo around MK and I do look at Seni too but due to the size of the condo, it's beyond my budget even thou is cheaper psf. Pavilion hilltop is only ready by 2017 and the booking fee is rm 20k. I'm very interested but not sure to buy or not since the layout is also not available. According to the SA the official launch will be at June. It's for my own stay but not investment.

I heard it is 8units per floor. If you have any suggestion or tips for me would be good. smile.gif

I do search sub sale unit for Lumina Kiara for 1,445 unit , is it good? I think it's around 650-700psf. But I heard it's too close to the highway and the noise pollution is bad. But then I also heard that it's common around MK area. Confused.

Just one question, did u hear this from people living in it? Or it was wat other people THINK? As i know condo has pretty good sound proof glass. Just close your window u can enjoy all the tranquility. That is true for some low cost condo i went in puchong and penang. I cant believe if it is true that lumina actually suffer from noise.

I can confidently inform you that there is minimal distraction coming from the highway the concern on any property buying is will there be another construction next to the prmise you bought in the futue because that could be even more noisy..

The noise pollution will be great if u buy unit facing the highway.
MK having lots of wealthy ppl staying, there is a lot sport cars such as Ferrari, Lamborghini and etc where they produce huge engine/exhaust sound from the highway....
It's not easy to block out those noise, especially if your unit face the highway.
Tenants who have stayed in MK before will not rent units facing highway.
So regardless which project or condo, don't buy facing highway.

Thanks for the tips hunter & appreciativeman!

Went to the sales gallery today and after some consideration, we are reserving a unit and will prepare the cheque for booking on a unit at pavilion hilltop mont kiara. wink.gif

The sales person service+ explanation is excellent.

Yeap and there are plenty of units available, good timing to choose unit base on personal preference. But the second block only offering 8% discount sad.gif

Too bad. Missed the boat. Should've placed a deposit for the 1,200 sf unit.

Good eye, anybody know weather Pavilion name will be in? Permata cermat ne is not a problem, it's a standard practice that a new company name has to be establish for each project, they can call it xxx sdn bhd but the parent company behind it is important. Anyone?
