2nd block has less discount from the 1st. 3rd blcok not sure yet, but its sf is quite big.
its next to seni, but the only thing is its next to the highway.. mayb a bit noisy. location wise i think not bad

dont think so, they must have their reason for a bigger unit. There is still some demands. Mayb tats y they leave the last block for bigger units hmm.gif

actually went to the site and take a look. Really a big piece of land. Good view on the palace. and it sure looks like a hilltop. North and south is unblock. east and west u have seni and MK 10.
