Yeah! Pretty bland but still acceptable. Location is one of the best in MK if not the best. Missed out on the 1,200 sf unit. Hence, I think have to pass on this one.

The mgmt said they are going to change the scale model because this one is based on old design, seems like they have not change it, even with that they managed to sell out the first block? Amazing!

Where's the 2nd block going to be located?

I must say the mgmt of pavilion are rather slack in promoting this project, no brochures, outdated scale model and no show unit , hmmmmmm..... Still sellout, quite amazing actually.

I think block a,b and c。if you think 1,500 is big you are going to regret when the 3rd block is launch

now every where also can sell out easilly..not only mont kiara, some lousy area sell at 70psf also can sell finish

May I know where to get 70 psf nowadays in KV? Mind sharing?
