Anymore good unit? Looking to buy my third MK property.... I think MK has good value for long term but vry few ppl talking about it here.

Also waiting for Residency 22 @ MK

Already owned 2 units at MK. Bought 5-6 years ago. MK was my earliest investment.

Looking to buy another one...

Most likely I will get a unit at Residency 22.

Hilltop is nice but unit facing is not ideal for me ler....

the launches in MK is still acceptable. I dont have crystal ball. I dont know about the future.... Just buy a nice FH unit to keep. surrounded by international schools and good amenities, why not?

By the way, many locals moving to stay in MK too.

The world has changed, many can afford to stay at higher end location.

I hope MK bcome bukit timah or novena/newton singapore. High end place with expensive condos.

i am waiting for residensi 22. so far no time to travel to MK as i m staying in singapore. just informed my UEM SA to update me on residensi 22.
