Especially Block A when you are driving down Penchala Link, it feels & looks like a typical sub MYR800k condominium. Don't have high hopes for the interior seriouslyIt feels like early 2000s design, and even MK10 or Kiaramas condo which is many years old looking fresher than PH. Or comparatively to Pavilion Residences which has been there for so many years... Could it be the lack of windows? IDK I guess Pavilion DH potential buyers need to really think hard about your investment in those properties. |
