MK....the hype is gone.........now with very few pieces of land left......older condos cant command premium price.......
with dutamas and segambut dalam coming out with thousand of units.........I don't think MK will become the market price leader for condos.....outside KUL cbd.

Ignore the letter.

Developer will organise group submission.

If letter for tnb and syabas not reuqested from developer....its highly unlikely yr condo will be vped in 3 mths time.

you dun need to ask.

they will do the calculation and have the cheque ready in front of you.

Once you signed and collected the cheque, you lost your right to appeal.

if you are not happied with the amount, dun sign and dun cash in cheque. go straight to tribunal for a fairer compensation.

There are basically 3 types of ID firms

1 fame ID firms - reputable, firms w master stroke and doing projects for their equally reputable customers.

2 ID firms on budget - usually targetting customers with tight pocket.

3. None of the above id firm.

If u have seen any designs that fit yr criteria, either show units or friends house, you can ask for the contact.
Or flip thru id design mags and see who is the id firm.

150k is your cost. Not the value. Not everyfhing can be measire in ringgit and sense.

takkan you didn't know there are tandem before you proceed.

if they didn't provide this during your signing, you shouldn't be signing at all.

Usually tandem or non tandem parking related to price and the floor.

And responsible developer would have stated tandem parking very clearly b4 they signed spa.

No developer will try to sneak tandem parking for non tandem.

The higher the floor the more likely quality will suffered as main con rushed job to meet thr deadline.
