Sorry, am newbie here. Can someone explain what is LAD?

Also, it seems like the loan only released up p 60%. Does it mean even April is unlikely? Are we aiming for June?

LAD means liquidated ascertained damages. It's a penalty fee given to you by the developer for late delivery of your unit.
Calculation should be:

Number of days delayed (from SPA date OR Booking fees paid date, not sure which) * Property price * 10% / 365

But still, there are a lot of lost revenue and profit that can be added in too

Painfully plain, another waste of space. This is just like another UOA product from afar.

Makes me wonder if Pavilion Damansara Heights would end up the same.

IMO for the price, location and "branding", the developer can do so much better with the façade. it is simply too boring and waste of the prime location. Nevertheless, Pavilion has those below 2,000sqft units which is rarity among new launches in MK. These units should be doing well...

Thanks, hunterlim for the photos...... I checked with the pavilion main office about the potential date to receive vacant position and the answer came back they are experiencing delays which will make the date for VP is May or June.

you dun need to ask.

they will do the calculation and have the cheque ready in front of you.

Once you signed and collected the cheque, you lost your right to appeal.

if you are not happied with the amount, dun sign and dun cash in cheque. go straight to tribunal for a fairer compensation.
