Cheers...just sharing...not hard feeling...and I do agree the Seiko and AP watch theory...

Last I checked 1k psf is for smaller units.. those 2700sf is from 930psf...something like tat....agent told me MK10 ady transacted at 920psf 3 months ago....not sure it's reliable or not but damn sure other places are touching MK pricing now...=D

friend of mine got a unit at Banyan tree and it's not engineered timber and tiles as u mentioned but it's with natural marble stone flooring and solid timber flooring for all bedroom...
As for the ikea furniture and airbnb units....that's individual owner's selection so nothing to do with the overall project right ?
I do hope this project could deliver on time as can see activities running day and night whenever I pass by...
