as an owner, i also think the facade looks normal... but good thing is Pavilion did not rush for VP... they can slowly do and pay us fat LAD. tongue.gif

Yea.. I am not sure what happened to the design... a bit disappointing actually if you really look at it compared to other MK developments (even the Residensi 22 looks better)

Spoken to the contractor on the ground, apparently it will be ready by Mar '18. So it will be quite soon.

I'm still ok so long as the design & quality inside is as what we expected for the price we've paid for.. Guess our expectations are pretty high based on Pavilion brand name and pricing

Residensi 22 look damn good in the catalogue but the finished product looked damn tacky with the exterior brown shades look completely different than the rendering. Pavilion Hilltop catalogue exterior reindeering doesn’t look very impressive to me but I must say its current incomplete version already look better. Let’s wait for the finish product.

Taste is subjective so i guess you guys may have different opinions... but imo residensi 22 looks way too dense, looks like too many units were fitted onto such limited land space. Making it look like some over packed chicken coop, which is the reason why they added the sky deck and the lounge on the 17th floor (i think). The brown color looks rather tacky like what hunterlim said. Tbh I actually like the glass facade, kinda reflects what the pavilion shopping centre looks like

Sorry, am newbie here. Can someone explain what is LAD?

Also, it seems like the loan only released up p 60%. Does it mean even April is unlikely? Are we aiming for June?

Ignore the letter.

Developer will organise group submission.

If letter for tnb and syabas not reuqested from developer....its highly unlikely yr condo will be vped in 3 mths time.
