Frankly speaking...The interchange road..it doesnt seem cam drive through from KL to NPE. It's only from PJ TO NPE. The very launching price was consider not too expensive. Ranging from 720 to 800 persqft...for own staying and investment might not too bad as well. Hopefully it doesn't need to top up too much after the renting price Now I think price is ranging RM900persqft.

I like one thing about this inwood or secoya is their small man made park which they not stingy for utilise the land for this . this place really need alot alot of holding power. I calculate this project done up by 20years, only benefiting my children LOL. for such amount of money within 20years, I rather invest somewhere else.

I just received an SMS from IJM that tomorrow (29th Sept) and Sunday (30th Sept) is their mid-autumn festival at their ICE Gallery. It also mentioned that its the last call for their 31% rebates. The facilities looking nice and condo land is big which has more space for road, common area...
