expensive , phase 1 sold out 99% haha.. lease hold. just got MSC status. unknown commercial plan eg. shopping or etc as shopping mall approval freeze for now. year end new road open joining NPE. entire project to be completed within 20years.

Ranging from 720 to 800 persqft...for own staying and investment might not too bad as well.
Hopefully it doesn't need to top up too much after the renting price

yea..price now about there. I like one thing about this inwood or secoya is their small man made park which they not stingy for utilise the land for this . this place really need alot alot of holding power. I calculate this project done up by 20years, only benefiting my children LOL. for such amount of money within 20years, I rather invest somewhere else.
