Other disadvantage that the earlier buyers didn't have is the cashbacks to hold the fort, provided the bulk purchaser don't go berserk with the cashback 🤣

I was but mainly because SAs came to me so I visited. At that point I felt it was over priced and I couldn’t get the Bukit Gasing view anyway. I wasn’t impressed with the build quality. So if you add the mediocre location then it’s a no for the price. |
