IJM should do like Inwood, reserve most units for internal people so that they can make some quick bucks. If they do this I am pretty sure sales would be good, no need to open to genuine buyers. Can save time and marketing efforts.

Yeah bro 700 per here is competitive at least with bangsar south wch commands higher price but the grand scheme development PsP sure got mall rite ? They have KTM commuter nearby but judging from the concept those who will reside here will hv their own cars and mostly medium high to high income therefore I doubt public transport will be a concern. The only setback for me is that it's leasehold..that's just me though.

I think mall here wont make it n developer wont proceed.. i heard 9siputih might only bring in econsave tongue.gif tongue.gif surrounding area cant support a mall.. best to stick with few retails, office n resi..

Forget about Secoya as friend told me Inwood still available and begging to take up the remaining unsold units...

Served them right. LCLY want this want that when then launched Inwood, now begging due to poor sales...
