IJM should do like Inwood, reserve most units for internal people so that they can make some quick bucks. If they do this I am pretty sure sales would be good, no need to open to genuine buyers. Can save time and marketing efforts.

Forget about Secoya as friend told me Inwood still available and begging to take up the remaining unsold units...
Served them right. LCLY want this want that when then launched Inwood, now begging due to poor sales... |
