Me too...no more second chance for them.. initially i would like to buy inwood...but play out by them...then nvm...instead i bought few units from their competitors....ijm...pls listen...dun treat us investors like a fool...this time...sell its to ur staffs n VIPs... no need to do preview or prelaunch...just eat urself..

They can sell all to their insiders, definitely won't like to see such developer practices. They basically got all their priorities wrong. Blacklisted basically.

Basically this is benefit for their stakeholders is staffs, lawyers, contractors, directors etc... You may reply why not set a quota between stakeholders and public? However if you are one of the stakeholders, you would ask why public get higher priority than me?

I am sure you have special benefit from your company or industry as well. If your company doesnt five much benefit, perhaps you can join IJM or other developers? This is part of talent retain by company/industry.

Move on with life and invest ur hard earned money in other companies if you can't accept the practise.

You must understand the reason for the anger. It's not benefiting the employees that's pissing people off, rather it's how they leave nonsense units to the public. They must show an acceptable level of fairness, not leave overnight food for people to pay for.

My experience during Inwood prelaunching...IJMland keep spamming to ask registration for balloting..... still remember I need to registered up to 3 times within a month to make sure I eligible for balloting....end up...received their message stated " We are pleased to annouch all the units are sold out..."

Exactly what I experienced. They "used" us as a gauge for public sentiment. After religiously registering interest for balloting, I was not even invited to ballot. If they wanted to sell 100% to their employees or associates, I have no problem with that because if internal demand is so good, why bother with external demand? But if you asked people to register for ballot, there must be some units to ballot right? Furthermore, you asked people to register 3 times. I thought they are qualifying and filtering people with the strongest interest and give them a chance to ballot since they are so persistent. End up, the next message from them, "Congratulations to all buyers! Units all sold out!" or something like that. But I have to say that I was not very interested in the project. I just registered and registered again because the process was simple and I might go and have a look if I am free. If I like what I see, I might ballot. This is exactly what registration of interest means. Even if I successfully ballot, I might not buy if it is not my choice unit. I have to say this in case people think that this is such a good project that I have to register 3 times and now turn sour grape. I just thought I share my experience here and let people judge whether this is good business etiquette.

Like you I also bought a few units from their competitors nearby after being played out by IJM Land. Never gonna deal with them ever again.

They can sell the whole development to employees, employees' family / friends / relatives, biz partners, contractors, bankers, lawyers etc etc now!

Might as well call it IJM OWN STAY (IOS), instead of PSP. HAHA!

Oh, I'm definitely moving on with my life thanks for your kind interest. Again, I don't agree with such practices by any developer. I have seen some developer does it but they have done it in a way that's fair to their stakeholders, staff and etc but also towards their loyal or new customers by leaving good units fairy to interested parties who likes to find a place call home.

As for IJM, I see what they did and I disagree with them especially no transparency by them so I would surely not buy any of their products and encourage such further practices. And I wish other potential buyers to consider the above before buying.

That true. Some developers do the same, but they limit in various ways. They made a conscious effort to ensure there are ample good units on good floors for general public.
