if i remember tropics at tropicana city mall also can see cemetery along the LDP but people still sapu kao kao
*
That cemetary is across the highway but nevertheless, those units facing the cemetary are selling/renting at lower price than those not facing, same like Inwood Residences

But compared to Tropics, Tropics is more accessible to many highways and has convenience of the mall. There are many decent expat tenants there

Plus, the tropics was launched in few year backs with lower price-point........

I reckoned that the tropicana city mall also offers a free LRT shutle bus to KJ LRT station at frequency of

30 mins each bus......

that is something every new major development with no access to public transport should do..
Bus to nearest train station/landmark.

Maybe PSP should have one to KL sentral

so this pantai project and cemetery is even much closer??
it is hard to imagine how the view will look like after completion except to go up there and see upon VP. by then it will be too late. but the feelin is unnervin' when you know openin the curtain will present you with that view

is there a showroom now open on the actual site?
if this is forest concept development isn't there a number like the one by Ta Ann in sri damansara?

Very nice. But assuming smallest layout is 1142sf and price is RM750 sq ft, it's already RM856k which is out of my budget  cry.gif  Also, I don't drive ... finding a taxi to/from sale gallery is going to be difficult.

Guess I have to forgo this one and consider Section 13 PJ or Subang/USJ developments.
*
Subang/USJ still got development meh?
unless you meant Tropicana Metropark??

No not the BRT, but a shuttle bus to make the project more well connected.
BTW, PSP wins GEO hands down anytime.
Geo mus compete with surrounding condo in SSQ that can offer cheaper rental.
PSP better value for money other than cemetary!

Tropicana is using the rental income from the mall to subsidise the cost of running the shuttle bus

Cost is high inclusive of driver salary, petrol, bus repair & maintenance, road tax, insurance etc

Now some (very few) developer pay for the bus and pass to JMB to operate

No developer will be willing to operate the bus paying for the cost indefinitely

I was expecting the JMB of all the condo/shop/mall to jointly pay for the bus in the long run.
If they are planning to build a mall here, they btr keep it small/mid sized..
