Should be below 700psf. Their email went into junkmail.. You need to refresh your data to get invitation but they didn't mention when is balloting. They are playing hard-to-get game.

I have tried to upload picture in this thread, but not success. You can use google earth to see the area of parcel 1 to 3.

Went to the site...the access is really jialat....not really like it cos too much squatter houses and low/medium cost flat surrounding the area...... the road condition also not good....

is good if LRT direct connect to the project...

mayb will give up this project.... looking for project tat got good connectivity...

Once completed of whole project, i believe this have one of best access in down town KL while sitting beside forest.

yes, agreed with you. new project owes look at future but not immediate factor.

SA said it will be launched around end of june or early july.
total units for 1st parcel is 211, min size is 1100 sqft, and the average price is RM 700 per sqft.
total registered interest buyers = 20,000 people.

well with that total buyers, i supposed once it's launched the forest view units will be snapped in few hours except the ones facing the cheap and dirty flats

there won't be any malls developed in pantai sentral park, only retail shops and office, so expect mamaks and kopi tiam will open shops there

3.5 years, i asked SA yesterday. price 700 psft but i doubt so, in paper they ady mentioned cost is around 700 psf (correct me if im wrong).

No show gallery for Inwood Residences for now. About 20,000 registrants.
